- Finances to Host event
- Crowns for the Kids
- DJ, Photo Booth, Decorations, and Dessert for the Event
- Limos for the teens to travel in to the event
- Preparation for the Event - Organizing Outfits, Printing Invites/Place Cards, Coordinating
​- Prayer as we prepare emotionally, physically, and spiritually
